KABA Healthcare charges a 20% restocking fee for items returned. Returned items will be accepted in unopened packages, and/or sellable condition within 30 days from date of original invoice with proof of purchase.

A minimum of one month rental may be deducted where applicable. Bath safety, self hygiene, and aids of daily living items are not returnable, as well as merchandise worn next to the skin or disposable items (oxygen underpads, lancets, electrodes, gels, etc.) and special order items.
